ABOUT ME

Born in Belgian Flanders, I grew up in my parents' construction projects. Naturally, building has become a great passion. After having studied architecture in Ghent and Brussels, I had the opportunity to work with different partners on very diverse projects (individual houses, apartments, offices, industrial buildings), which gave me a wide range of design, drawing, organization and construction site management skills.

In 2017, my wife and I fell in love with an old farmhouse in Audembert, a very pretty village on the Opal Coast, in my wife's native region. We settled there and I officialy opened my architecture studio there in 2024. We renovate the old farm entirely ourselves, which allows me to test various techniques and then be able to offer them to you and choose the most suitable for your projects.

I specialize in renovation projects of existing buildings, on a small or large scale, on the Opal Coast. I like to transform buildings by turning them into a more modern version of themselves and improving their functionality and energy consumption. I bring particular importance to natural light in each of my creations.

For each project, the design phase is done in close cooperation with the client. I synthesize building constraints, techniques and regulations to propose projects adapted to your desires and feasible for contractors.

I ensure that regulations are respected to obtain a building permit through thorough communications with town planning services, town halls, mayors and firefighters.

​

In close contact with building specialists, I prepare each site in a feasible manner and I ensure technical monitoring of the work (site monitoring) to detect possible errors and to deliver a qualitative building.
